By the turn of the century, there were some 500-million people who believed in the second subsequent work of the Holy Spirit, which follows salvation. This expansive growth of the baptism of the Holy Spirit resulted in an explosion of evangelism around the world. This is always the result whenever the Holy Spirit is poured out. Our salvation alone, with faith anchored in Christ and Him crucified, will transform our character into the image of Christ.
