Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the reason behind the Lord allowing Israel to be scattered. He told them they would be scattered. Brother Swaggart says this scattering of the Jews was to preserve them in the earth, because a remnant was to remain of them to regather them back again in Jerusalem. Satan’s efforts to try and destroy the Jews, was to cause God’s Word to fall to the ground, and make God a liar. That’s not going to happen, period; but Satan thinks he can cause it to, and he’ll come very close to destroying Israel, as the Antichrist, in the Battle of Armageddon destroys two thirds of the Jews. But then, Jesus Christ arrives on the seen; the battle has already been won.
