Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the person of the Holy Spirit; the third person of the Godhead. The Holy Spirit is an encourager. He guides and leads. He’s a counselor. Jesus did all this while He walked the earth, and He said, I’m going to send you another, a comforter. The Holy Spirit is of the exact nature, power, and presence of Christ. Jesus said, after His ascension, the believer will be able to walk this life with the Holy Spirit living inside; no different from when the believer walked physically with Him while He was on this earth. We need His power to live and do the will of God in our lives.
