The panel reads Acts 19:5-7 and teaches on the Biblical baptismal formula and on whether people should be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit or in the name of Jesus only. The panel further discusses cessationism and the abuses that have been practiced by some in the Pentecostal movement.
