Don’t leave me this way! That’s a cry of many Christians who are miserably saved. Today Brother Swaggart and panel share how the born again believer has the capacity to rise above sin, if they know to place their faith in Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s Cross. The panel discusses the first work of the Spirit that comes in at salvation to regenerate; the panel explains then the second work, of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and tongues and just what the Spirit’s role is. Brother Dave says all believers need a better understanding of the sanctification that is offered by the first initial work of the Spirit, that is when one’s object of faith is right.
