Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss Daniel 9:27; and he shall confirm the Covenant with many for one week, and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease. And for the over spreading of abominations, he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. The Antichrist will do away with the sacrificial offerings, totally and completely, setting himself up as God. He will demand worship and the idea is in many parts of the world he will get that worship, as they will worship him as God. He will declare war on Israel at that time, and it will be a war designed to annihilate Israel to where there is not a single Jew left on the face of the earth. This will culminate with the Battle of Armageddon.
