Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the Kingdom Age, and the seventy weeks that describe God’s activity with the Jews. Seventy weeks are determined upon your people, actually means seventy-sevens, which translate into 490 years of, total time; but there will be stoppages throughout. This period of time has to do with your people, and your Holy City, speaking of the Jews and Jerusalem. The second coming of Christ, and the Jews acceptance of Him, will finish the transgression. To make reconciliation atonement for iniquity refers to the fact that Israel will not only accept Christ at the second coming, but will also accept what He did for us at Calvary. The phrase, to anoint the Most Holy, has to do with the building of the Millennial Temple. The time frame here is from the day of Daniel until the time frame of the beginning of the Millennial Reign.
