Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Daniel 8:13. Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said under that certain saint which spoke; this tells us that the saints of God in heaven, discuss the things that the Lord is doing. This goes on in heaven, probably constantly as to events on earth, as to what is taking place, and especially the move of God, what the Lord is doing, and the ones He is using. There is the acknowledgement that God does reveal things to believers even on this earth, so why not in heaven where it is a perfect environment and they can understand things more Holy. Brother Swaggart says the Holy Spirit thought it proper to insert this here, as these saints are discussing the visions that Daniel has just had, and Daniel is not too knowledgeable about what he has seen. They don’t tell him everything, but they tell him some things, and some may know more than others about the things that are taking place. Brother Swaggart says this shows us that some earthly events are known in heaven; but because there is no sorrow there, Brother Swaggart says the saint’s knowledge is limited, and greatly effected by their knowledge of future events to occur.
