The panel begins by continuing their discussion on the need for the moving and operation of the Holy Spirit. Believers need to have a heart and a desire for more of God at any cost. The panel further reads Acts 10:44-46 and deals with the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Before the individual can be baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, they must first be born again.
