The panel continues their teaching on why the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues cannot give the believer victory over sin. However, the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still vital for believers and for the church to have in order to carry out the work of God on Earth.
