Blessed be the Name of God for ever and ever; for wisdom and might are His. Today on A Study In the Word, Brother Swaggart and panel read the words of the prophet Daniel. Reading from Daniel chapters one and two, how king Nebuchadnezzar found Daniel and the three other chosen teen Jewish boys ten times wiser than all of the other intellects of the king’s magicians and astrologers. King Nebuchadnezzar could not get the interpretation of his dream from his own wise men; only someone who had the mind of God could tell him. Frustrated, king Nebuchadnezzar wanted all his wise men killed. God’s plan would soon come through Daniel answering the question that the king sought. Daniel sought the Lord in prayer for the answer, and was given the interpretation of the king’s dream. Daniel first thanked God for what he had been given; then He would reveal Jehovah to the king.
