It’s said often on the program, but is it understood? What does it mean to be IN Christ? Brother Swaggart says it is very specific; by making the Cross of Christ the object of one’s faith. Brother Swaggart offers wisdom through John 14:15-17, and how the Holy Spirit can now indwell in a believer who is truly saved. Brother Swaggart warns to be careful to choose a King James Version of the bible, as many translations loose meaning to what the original author intended. Brother Swaggart and Loren Larson, warn that The Message bible is not a bible that has been translated in truth. All agree, weak bible translations will lead people astray, where word for word translations are a must for any believer to truly understand the bible. Jesus Christ is truth, the Word of God is truth, and the Holy Spirit is truth. The whole content of the bible measures what life is about in truth. The Holy Spirit, who has authored the Word of God, has given us The Truth in the bible. Brother Dave Smith and Bob Cornell warn believers to not be so quick to believe whatever a Pastor says. The panel believes too many Christians do not study to know the Word of God for themselves. They plead, don’t let this be you.
