Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss Daniel chapter 12 verse 8; and I heard, but I understood not; then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? And He said, go your way Daniel for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end. This verse declares that these prophecies belong to the future; however the time of the end is now very close. The word end does not mean the end of the world, but instead the end of these things; i.e. the prophecies concerning Israel and the last days. We look at how much time the Lord devotes to Israel and to prophetic events that were then, prophecy; but now, Brother Swaggart says we must know what we are learning, the church is very close to the rapture.
