Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss Daniel 11:39. Brother John says there is much being done today that is setting the stage for these end time events. Thus shall he do in the most strongholds with the strange god whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory, and he shall cause them to rule over many and shall divide the land for gain. Thus shall he do in the most strongholds refers to the great financial centers of the world, which will be characterized by rebuilt Babylon. This strange god is a fallen angel; therefore, the Antichrist will think he is giving praise and glory to himself, when in reality he is actually honoring this fallen angel.
