The Holy Spirit can only work on our behalf when we keep our faith anchored in Christ at all times. Brother Watts says the Cross of Christ comes against the pride of man. Man cannot work out his own victory over sin and self. Christ died for all of lost humanity; His death, saves, sanctifies, and justifies all who will only believe.
