Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss America’s problems today, respecting the economy, the military, and how socially we are in a pitiful condition, all because of sin. Brother Swaggart says we can lay the blame, mostly at the doorstep of the church. Scripture reads, if my people, which are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land. That is a phenomenal promise. If my people, that is, who He is addressing; if my people, which are called by my name, by His name will humble themselves and pray, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land. America needs healing.
