The creature was made subject to vanity. The fall of creation was a result of the fall of man. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss man’s condition because of The Fall, and the price Christ paid on our behalf. Reading Romans 8:20, the panel tells us how humanity had dominion of this world given by God until Satan deceived Adam and Eve to try to be like God. Christ gained back what God had intended when He died on Calvary’s Cross. When man accepts the blood of Jesus for his fallen state, we are then redeemed. We have a glorified body to look forward to, and our eternal home will be in heaven with Christ forever and ever.
