REJOICE, DON’T WORRY, AND KEEP YOUR MINDS ON CHRIST— It’s not uncommon for Christian’s to struggle with oppression and depression. Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads from Philippines 4:4, and reminds, as Christian’s we are to rejoice in the Lord always; just as the Apostle Paul wrote from a prison cell. Brother Gabe says when you feel like you are alone, remember the Lord is always there. He can carry our load. Never believe the lie of the enemy, but know in whom you have believed. Brother Gabe says he remembers, some twenty years ago, struggling with depression. But he cried out to God, and he told God he laid this struggle down at the foot of the Cross. From that day forward, that darkness was broken. Brother Gabe says the Holy Spirit can work wonders with a mustard seed of faith. As Christians, we should expect fiery trials for our Spiritual growth. God can bring us through all of life’s tests for our victory, strength and growth in Him.
