THE EVIDENCE OF A GOSPEL TRANSFORMED LIFE- Christianity is not a workspace religion. It’s an evidence-based faith. Tonight at Crossfire, Guest Pastor Joshua West from World Challenge, reads Matthew 5:3-12 teaching on the broad road to destruction. The Bible tells us that narrow is the way that leads to life, and few find it. God did not save us to blend in with the fallen culture. God has called us to stand up and shine like light in the darkness, like salt is stopping the decay of a world that is ate up with sin. We have to understand that these aren’t commandments to do something to be accepted by God, but this is evidence of a gospel-transformed life. Jesus said, you would know a tree by its fruit. This isn’t saying, work hard to do well and God will accept you. It’s saying surrender to God, and He will transform you, and your life will bear fruit.
