REJOICE, DON’T WORRY, AND KEEP YOUR MINDS ON CHRIST PART III- Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart continues his study in Philippians 4:4; reading rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice. Life can sometimes be unfair and difficult; we might see fear, anxiety, and worry creep in. We are reminded of the anointed words of the Apostle Paul to rejoice in our trials. Rejoicing can be difficult when everything seems to be falling apart. Pastor Gabe says worrying can deprive us of the understanding of God’s will for our lives. God has a specific purpose and plan and a will for us. When we begin to worry, we are saying, God, I don’t think you can handle this. In doing this, we magnify our problem, and make it bigger than God. Pastor Gabe says this then becomes a seedbed of unbelief; as worry is a form of unbelief. We must cast all our cares upon the Lord, and He will be faithful to direct our paths.
