THE RIVER OF GOD IS FLOWING, STEP IN- Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Paris Ragan preaches from Ezekiel 47:1-10, teaching on the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Ezekiel saw this vision, with this great river, flowing out during what will be during the Millennial Reign of Christ. This powerful river is a type of the Holy Spirit. In John 7:38 & 39, Jesus said If there’s any man who thirsts let him come to Me and drink, and out of his belly, speaking of Himself, shall flow rivers of living water. He’s not talking about a literal river; He’s talking about the Holy Spirit, which had not yet been given because Jesus had not yet been glorified. Jesus needed to be glorified the same way that He was prior to the beginning of the very world, in order that He may pour this river out of His innermost being. In Acts chapter 2, Peter specifically states Jesus being at the right hand of the God, having received of the Father and the promise of the Holy Spirit poured out. Pastor Paris says this is the same Spirit we see filling believers today just as on the day of Pentecost.
