WHAT WE BELIEVE-THE BAPTISM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT- Tonight, at Crossfire, Youth Pastor Paris Ragan reads Acts 2:1-4 teaching on what we believe about the Baptism with the Holy Spirit. This is a second subsequent work to our salvation; and the initial, physical evidence, of receiving the infilling of the Holy Spirit, is speaking in tongues. We must have a knowledge of the Word of God as we live out this Christianity. A well-developed understanding of our salvation, and the Jesus of the Bible will help us to represent Christ to those who don’t know Him. We must know, and profess, the Jesus we serve, and what He came to do for lost humanity.
