FINISHING THE COURSE THAT IS SET BEFORE YOU- Neither count my life dear to myself, because my life is not my own. Tonight Pastor Gabriel Swaggart preaches from Acts 20:24, sharing the words of the Apostle Paul. His heart was on Jerusalem; but he reached out to the church of Ephesus to journey to Miletus to meet him. Paul knew this could be the last time he’d see these men on earth. The meeting was important because Paul had a warning to them that Satan would try to destroy them from within. Pastor Gabe says Satan used false doctrine then, and does to this day to try and destroy the church. Paul’s life changed forever when he was saved. When we are saved, it is no longer my will, but Thy will. Pastor Gabe says if you are unsure of the will of God for your life, keep seeking and keep asking, and He will show you. We must be sold out for Christ, and leave everything behind. When we give Him everything, He will show us His Will, and we will finish the course with joy. We must know who we are In Christ to be able to testify of the grace of God and how the Gospel will set at liberty those that are bruised and deliver the captive.
