THE RAPTURE AND THE ANCIENT WEDDING- The church is being prepared as a bride, adorned for her husband, Jesus Christ. Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Dr. Dave Watts reads Revelation 21:1-6 teaching on some of the ancient wedding practices seen in scripture. The wedding model is a picture of Jesus’ return for the church, His bride raptured with Him in the air. There are many timeless, theological principles that are applied from then until now through the lens of Calvary. He will give unto him who is athirst of the fountain of the Water of life freely. The marriage contract provided by Christ is the New Covenant as Jesus paid the bride’s price with His own blood. This is our eternal inheritance.
