GOD SEES, GOD HEARS, GOD KNOWS, AND GOD DELIVERS- Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Exodus 3:7-8 encouraging us that the Lord hears our cries. Just as He heard the cries of the Israelite’s under Egyptian bondage, their exodus was symbolic of man’s redemption. All the blood from the Old Covenant sacrifices covered man’s sin, but it could not take away sin; but just one drop of the blood of Jesus atones for all sin for those who repent. Just as Moses cried let my people go, and John the Baptist cried repent for the kingdom of God is at hand, God will have a voice. His ways are higher than our ways. He has big plans for us, and it’s only by the power of the Holy Spirit that His will can be done. God speaks through His Word, His Spirit, His gifts, and through anointed preaching, teaching, and music. He sees our affliction, our tears, and has heard our cries. Jesus Christ suffered in our place, and has delivered us out of something and into a good land, a large land, flowing with milk and honey. Jesus Christ is our good land.
