SPEAK LIFE- Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Proverbs 18:21 and James 3:5-9 reminding believers that death and life are in the power of the tongue. He encourages us to speak life and that speaking our doubts, fears, and gossip are poisonous to our Christian walk. Scripture tells us an evil tongue is like fire, and fire spreads quickly; iniquity spreads and can do much damage in the church and in the life of the believer. Fire leaves ashes in its wake. We are a work in progress, and the Holy Spirit will change our hearts and our tongues. Pastor Gabe reminds us of the promises of God, as Joshua and Caleb stood up and were the only two of the twelve that believed God and saw the blessings in the land. We can believe the Word of God; and if we can believe it, God can do it.
