Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel. Today Brother Swaggart preaches from John 4:35-36 on the importance of Christ’s last words before going to the Cross. He says the Great Commission is for all believers to play a part; and no one, should think little of how God chooses to use his people in getting out His great plan of redemption. He warns of the seven years of great tribulation to come, after the rapture of the church, and compares it to the seven years of Jacob’s trouble in the Old Testament. Brother Swaggart says it took that long to bring Jacob to Joseph, which in type and shadow, is a picture of bringing Israel to Jesus. People today are in the same bondage as then, when Moses said, let my people go. The gospel must go forth to bring a lost people to salvation. The Cross is the only answer, and the Holy Spirit and His convicting power and anointing will go forth like never before to reap the great harvest to come.
