FOLLOW THE STAR- The Holy Spirit will always lead us to Jesus when we follow the star. Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Matthew 2:1-12 preaching on the evil heart of King Herod who was angered that there was to be another King. This hatred for Jesus we see today in many hearts. There is also a resistance and apathy for the Cross of Christ, found even in the church today, similar to that of the Pharisees and priests during the time of Christ. There were also wise men on the scene, seeking the star, i.e., His truth. No riches of this world can compare to the salvation we find in believing on Christ Jesus. As believers we have truth in our hearts; we must take it to the lost and dying world. The gospel is the only thing that will set the captive free. Once on our way to hell, we are now on the way to spend an eternity with Him. In Christ, we have something to shout about, praise His Holy name.
