PRAISING GOD FOR DELIVERANCE— Today Pastor Gabriel Swaggart preaches from Psalm 34:1-7; teaching on David’s gratitude for deliverance. Pastor Gabe shares how the fear David experienced, of Saul, is not the kind of fear a believer wants to find themselves in. He reminds us how David, under the will of God, slew a bear, a lion, and even a giant but now runs from Saul. This kind of fear will hinder our witness for the Lord. Pastor Gabe warns us, that when we leave the will of God our behavior will change, insanity will creep in. We must remember God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind. David repented of his fear and called on God, saying I will praise God continually with my mouth. As Christians, we must follow suit; giving God praise on the mountains and in the valleys of life. Pastor Gabe says no matter our circumstances, we must take back our praise, for praising God is contagious. God will lead us out.
