WALKING IN LOVE- Without the Cross, we have nothing. Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Ephesians 5:1-2 teaching on the Christian walk, for the Cross is Christianity. When we understand the finished work of Calvary, we can live this life in victory and love others correctly. Pastor Gabe says in Ephesians 4:32 we see the virtues that identify the Christian, these being, kindness and forgiveness. Jesus said there is no limit to forgiveness. When we harbor unforgiveness it only hurts our growth in Christ and results in pain and bitterness. God is a good, good Father and we are called to mimic His ways. When we are baptized into Christ at salvation, the Holy Spirit comes into our hearts and lives to mature us in the ways of God. When we walk in the love of God, we learn a selfless, unconditional love for others. The Cross of Christ was the greatest display of love the world has ever known.
