DISCERNMENT- The Word of God is manna for our souls. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel read Colossians 1:9-13 teaching on prayer and growing in the wisdom of God. When we commune with the Lord in prayer, and the study of His Word, we see our inner man develop. Brother Donnie dives into the false teaching of the Gnostics. Warning against their teachings, the Apostle Paul advised the new converts to be filled with the knowledge of God’s Word, having understanding, and believing on Christ’s finished work on the Cross. Believers need the same today, for Gnosticism is alive and well in our modern churches.
