Jesus Christ brings life. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read John 11:17-27 discussing the glorification of the saints of God. In the resurrection story of Lazarus, we see Jesus telling Martha, I am the resurrection, and the life. All who believe in Christ will live eternally, while those who reject Him, will face the resurrection of damnation. This will result in an eternity spent in hell. For those who believe, God will quicken us with a new, resurrected body. Our earthly bodies will be transformed into a glorified heavenly body, going from corruption to incorruption. Those who are in Christ, whether alive, or those who have already died as believers, will be raptured with Jesus. The panel goes on to discuss the importance of the believer living out their faith while still on this earth. We are all called to share the gospel to the lost in our words and by our actions, letting our light shine before men so that they may see our good works, which glorifies our Father, which is in heaven.
