Jesus is the only answer. Tonight Brother Swaggart and panel welcome special guest, Vietnam Veteran, Dave Roever. Brother Roever, shares his testimony of how the Lord spared his life after nearly being killed while serving as a Brown Water Black Beret, a riverboat gunner for the Navy Seals. Brother Roever had a grenade shot in his hand by enemy fire; the explosion left him burning from phosphorous inside and out. He lost 60 pounds of his flesh at the temperature of 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Brother Roever shared how God had a plan for his life. For decades, he has been sharing the Gospel all over the world, even in Communist Vietnam where some 120-thousand students are learning the bible under his ministry. He is spearheading an effort to translate the Expositor’s Study Bible in the language of the Hmong people in the mountains of North Vietnam and parts of Thailand, and South China. Brother Roever also offers hope and healing for other Veterans struggling with suicide and PTSD at his two ranches in the United States. He says death is the absence of Jesus; and there is no secret what God can do.
