I will joy in the God of my salvation, my hope and joy is in Christ. Brother Smith says we must gird up the loins of our minds and not give in to the temptations Satan sends our way. Remember, Christ’s death on Calvary’s Cross was payment enough for all sin. It’s God’s will for us to have progressive sanctification, growing in Christlikeness. This is the work of the Holy Spirit to bring our condition In Christ, up to our position In Christ. The Holy Spirit will never stop working on our behalf if we keep our faith anchored in the Cross of Christ.
