Water baptism does not save; but rather, water baptism is a showing forth of the faith that a believer has already declared and believed in their heart. It’s a witness, a proclamation, a testimony. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss how water baptism is an outward sign of an inward work. An infant baptism is not to be confused with one’s declaration of personal faith, it is not a personal faith if the decision is made by one’s parents.
