Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss our differences and the issue of racism and discrimination. Brother Jim Nations turns to the twelfth chapter of Romans, and reminds us that God’s Word says bless them that persecute you, and do not do evil for evil; man needs to stop trying to fix the problem. God has the answer, we must submit to Him. Brother Brown says Christians need to turn to the Lord to take away the sting and pain of past hurts and racism; only the Lord can take away the hurt and put forgiveness in the heart of those who have been treated unfairly. He says the power and Spirit of God is more than able to take care of the past injustice of slavery and racism. We are a new creation in Christ. When we are born again, we get a new culture.
