Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss forgiveness and why believers must forgive those who hurt them and let God handle the rest. As humans, we may not forget, but we must forgive because Christ forgave us. All sin was atoned for on Calvary’s Cross. The crucifixion confirmed there would be a resurrection. Christ came to go to the Cross, for before the foundations of the world the lamb was slain. When Christ died on the Cross, He said, it is finished. The panel explains the symbolism in the Mosaic Law of the Old Covenant and how it all pointed to the New Covenant and the coming sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross.
