Rest for a sheep is important; we, like sheep, need to rest in the Lord as we grow in the knowledge of Him. Jesus Christ was resurrected on a Sunday. Jesus’ death at Calvary fulfilled all the law of the Old Covenant. In Christ, every day is the Sabbath day; we worship and rest in Him every day of the week.
