Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel welcome special guest Pastor, Tommy Bates, from Community Family Church, from Independence Kentucky. The panel addresses more emails regarding suicide and the circumstances that bring one to taking their own life. Sister Swaggart says accepting Christ, as our personal Savior, is most important; the condition of our soul is what matters to God. Pastor Bates says there are many suicides that are the result of mental health situations and medication side effects, and God’s righteousness will prevail in those deaths. Believers must beware of the wrong doctrines of reincarnation and Calvinism, as there is no pre-destination or an afterlife, or second chances. Suicide is never the answer.
