Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss a Tennessee Representative who is calling for a month of prayer and fasting for the United States of America, pending a vote by the State House. Sister Swaggart says she’d like to see more intercession of prayer for our nation, and encourages all believers to vote for Christian leaders in their local and state elections. The panel goes on to explain the unpardonable sin and how a person can blaspheme the Holy Spirit; in the bible, blasphemy was when a miracle of Jesus was credited to Satan and not Christ. Discussing the Mosaic and the Levitical Laws, we must know, in Christ we are no longer called to try and keep the law of old; Jesus Christ fulfilled all the law by His death on the Cross. He is the New Covenant.
