The devil will work from every angle to sow discourse; but Jesus Christ, in us, works mightily when we keep our faith anchored in His finished work. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Colossians 1:29 discussing purging the false and the importance of knowing the Word of God. Because of poor bible translations, the believer needs to be careful about their bible selection; however, Brother Gray says don’t let a spirit of skepticism dominate you to not read the Word of God. It is a tactic of Satan to cause people to argue about the integrity of bible translations, which turns people from faith in Christ all together. Sister Swaggart says the Holy Spirit has superintended the King James Version bible translation; He will get the truth to all who want to know it.
