Mercy triumphs over judgment. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss James 2:13-17, discussing the mercy of God. Brother Donnie says James is writing here addressing the true condition of the heart of the believer. Every believer will stand before the judgment seat of Christ, not to be judged for their faith, but will be rewarded for what they did on earth with their faith. Sister Swaggart shares her concern and heartbreak for what is going on in Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban. This began with the removal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan under the Biden Administration. As tens of thousands of Afghans are trying to flee, thousands of Americans are also trapped in the country as the Taliban has surrounded the airport.
