Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel answer the question, what is the flesh? It is the self-effort within man, saying I can do this on my own. The panel goes on to address the Godly biblical perspective of counseling verses that which is found in secular settings. Psychology doesn’t deal with sin, but it redefines the problems of people according to man’s opinion. The only answer for sin is Jesus Christ and turning our lives over to Him. God gives Spiritual gifts to man as He sees fit. Believers will one day stand before God at the Judgment Seat of Christ, not to be judged for sin, for that was covered by the blood of Jesus, but it is here that we will receive rewards for our charity in life. Did we live, and serve, the Lord in a way that glorified His finished work and not self.
