What is the good fight of the faith? Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read II John verses 8 & 9. Brother Donnie encourages us to guard our minds and ask the Holy Spirit to help us to examine ourselves to see if we be in the faith, and stay in the faith. The believer will receive rewards at the Judgment Seat of Christ where every Christian will give an account to the Lord for what we did with our salvation; this determines what rewards we will, or will not, receive there. Brother Donnie says these rewards aren’t based on salvation, but are about what we did with what God had given us. He says we don’t want to just limp over the finish line. John is warning of all the false teachers and false doctrines, which will result in our detriment. We must know the Doctrine of Christ, which is the Cross.
