Water baptism does not save; but rather, water baptism is a showing forth of the faith that a believer has already declared and believed in their heart. It’s a witness, a proclamation, a testimony. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss how water baptism is an outward sign of an inward work. An infant baptism is not to be confused with one’s declaration of personal faith, it is not a personal faith if the decision is made by one’s parents. The panel also discusses Acts 2:4, explaining the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. The panel also discusses churches promoting lent activities. Brother Muzzerall warns, if you are born again and take part in acts such as Ash Wednesday and Friday fasting of meat, you are insulting God.
