The Supreme Court decision over the potential OSHA vaccine mandate is expected to come forth tomorrow. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel welcome local Louisiana businessman Brandon Trosclair, whose lawsuit is before the U.S. Supreme Court over COVID vaccination mandates. This is a groundbreaking case over the vaccine mandates that would be policed by employers with over 100 employees. Attorney Sarah Harbison, shares with us her take on last Friday’s litigation. Brother Trosclair says the high court was surprisingly partisan during the litigation, with Justice Sotomayor making false statements with inflated numbers of children who have been hospitalized with COVID. Sister Swaggart says you would expect a Supreme Court justice to know and speak the facts.
