Beware of false prophets among us. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the many prophecies currently on social media. Sister Swaggart warns of the false prophets, as we must be careful to whom we are listening. Brother Muzzerall says there are some true prophets today whose prophesying lines up with the Word of God; if it doesn’t, they are false. Be careful when a person tells you God has given them a word for your life; if God hasn’t told you it first, it likely isn’t from Him. The purpose of prophecy is to edify the believer and build up the church, not tear it down. Ephesians 4:11
