Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss what it takes to be saved and the controversy over praying a “sinner’s prayer” for salvation. God is not willing that any should perish, but all would come to repentance and the saving knowledge of Christ. The panel discusses how coming to the Lord will change the heart of even the vilest sinner. God will forget our sins, but people won't. This is why it is important, whenever possible, to make things right with those we have hurt; recognizing the wrong, and asking for forgiveness is just as important as it is for those who have been hurt to forgive. We are all eternal beings; our soul and spirit will live forever, but it is where will we live forever, heaven or hell?
