To reject the Cross is to be guided by the same evil spirit that guided Cain. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss 1 John 3:11-13, looking at religious hatred, marvel not brethren if the world hate you. The panel discusses the typology of the feast days, and that today, they are good for learning, but they are not meant to be practiced as the Hebraic Roots movement is incorrectly leading people to celebrate these feasts that are taking believers back into law. We are no longer under the Old Covenant; Christ fulfilled everything of the Old Covenant. We have a New Covenant in Christ; we keep the feasts and are law keepers because our faith is in Jesus Christ. We are not under a Levitical priesthood any longer, but we are under the priesthood of our High Priest Jesus Christ. Christ has redeemed us from the law.
