When it comes to faith, the believer is to remain and tarry, and put down roots. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read 1 John 2:6, discussing how the believer abides in Christ. This is our fellowship with God; we are to desire to be like Christ. The panel discusses the “media narrative” of just what is truly taking place with Russia and in the Ukraine. The Ukraine wants to remain independent, and this is not a narrative, but a fact. The Ukraine wants to be a member of the EU and NATO; Russia wants to prevent that. Brother John explains how Russia is hurting financially and Putin has other motives, wanting to control the Ukraine and her rich resources.
